Hope you’re having a fun Sunday! How’re things in your neck of the woods? 

54 days to retirement – I am counting the days! I have a lot to do before then… going to buy a new computer – always had ones that belonged to work. And do new wills since I get free legal help as a benefit at work. And sort out all my work papers and computer files. Whee!

My regular fella I call The Northerner. We manage a meet about once a month. He doesn’t correspond in between, just pops up when he can escape work for a few hours. He misses out on my excellent correspondence, but he sees it as too risky.  He is very sweet and very vanilla, which doesn’t exactly satisfy but is way better than nothing! I’ve been slowly helping him broaden out over the years. We’re having our first evening meet next week and going to a concert. That should be different!

Hope you’re having a lovely Sunday! At least it’s not raining… yet.

Hubby and I went to the Cat Show yesterday! Probably the event you would be least likely to attend! It was good fun with beautiful felines, fun vendors and silly judging. A couple of Hubby’s lady friends came along and we had a nice Italian lunch at Alfredo’s.

Oh yes, we always meet during the day when he is supposed to be at work. I go out to the burbs close to where he works. We usually meet for a late lunch then head to a hotel for “dessert.” I make the hotel reservation so it doesn’t show up on his credit card, and he pays me back in cash. I can take all sorts of time off so that is not a challenge as long as I am not in the middle of some big event. Soon I will escape completely! 54 days….

Ha! Hope my chest inspires you to help yourself feel good!

I am celebrating 56 days left until retirement! Whee! I do hope to cause lots of trouble on my Sassy side. I do still have my sweet cats – they turned 10 this month!

I don’t have much to report – been keeping busy with Tumblr and my toys. After a month of silence, I heard from the guy yesterday. He wants to see me next week in the evening – have not done that before. Maybe after that I’ll have a good story to tell?

On Friday, May 3rd I have concert tickets for Brit Floyd, a cover band, and I want you to go with me.

The best plan I could come up with is:

You get a room at usual spot.
I get out of work a little early, and meet up around 4:00. We can partake of whatever pre-show activities we can think of.
We go to the show, it starts at 8:00, maybe grabbing a quick dinner if we’ve left time for it.
After the show, maybe we’ll leave a little early and have time for a quickie afterwards.
I’m not sure it’s a concert you would like to go to…if not…let me know. I’m pretty sure you’ll enjoy the rest of it.

Now for the naughty side. I have a third ticket, and I don’t mind wasting it. But it won’t be a waste if we can fantasize about what naughty thing might happen with it.

4 pm sounds lovely.

Have you been to the venue before? I don’t know much about Pink Floyd or this cover band, but I’ll read up on them and listen to videos to learn more. I am happy to go with you and I’m sure they put on quite a show. Are there any rules about what to bring or not? Any tips on making it good? I haven’t been to many rock concerts.

[You can probably resell the third ticket on Ticketmaster or Stubhub if you want to recoup the money. We can still fantasize about it]

Your imagination is really revved up, eh? I adore that. Tell me more about that.
