It’s a wonderful Wednesday. I got up at 4:30 and went to work for the annual Christmas breakfast. I am out and about today around the beach. The sun is brilliant which is greatly helping my SAD today. I have to go to granddaughters dance recital tonight. Life is good today. How is your day going?
Good news for your hubby. Polygamy laws have been relaxed in Utah. He may want to move there…

I love dark chocolate. Milk chocolate is NG for my blood sugar. I like many cheeses too. But I truly have been trying to eat better. Little to no sugar less bad carbs and gluten stuff. I’m not a fanatic but try to limit the bad stuff. Except for bacon of course. I almost never eat hot dogs or processed meats or much processed food. I had been heading towards diabetes but my diet changes have reversed it.
