PhilSpending today doing final packing so we can have as much done tomorrow as possible – furniture, washer/ dryer/ cable all show up on Friday. Hope to finish on Saturday and then clean up Sunday and relax on Monday.
Best part will be getting the paperwork and then changing out locks to make it ours. It all worked out.
Never found several thousand dollars-worth of jewelry that has been missing. Think the last movers grabbed it. 8 fully loaded Pandora bracelets. $800-1000 a piece just gone. My wife doesn’t take care of her stuff and she left them out. Someone’s wife or girlfriend got a great gift. I’m dropping off thousands of dollars of never used craft supplies to Goodwill. Probably 20k worth. I could puke. What’s done is done.
I don’t know know anyone in real estate in our hometown. I’m sorry.
