I spent all afternoon watching figure skating at the US Nationals!  My niece was enthralled.  So fun to teach her the details.  My photos aren’t great but you can get an idea.  They set up the rink at the convention center for the lower level events.

I hadn’t been in 10 years, was relieved I remember people and scoring etc.  So fun to see pals from all over and famous skaters who are now coaching. We’re going to a bunch of events all week.  It’s also the Olympic trials, so the winners go on to Sochi.
