Hiya kid! Had a wonderful dinner with Mom tonight. We went to this little Mexican bistro called “La Posada” with amazing food!
Burritos Durango – two flour tortillas rolled with mayonnaise spread and shredded steak,
simmered in a mild, rich jalapeno sauce with rice and beans
Callitos – Pan seared scallops sauteed with fresh mushrooms, tomatoes and crispy bacon
in a chipotle shallot cream sauce over rice with a side salad
