Hiya kid. Hope your long weekend is off to a good start… fun plans? I had dinner with sis in Harvard Square. Tried new place – First Printer. Loud and kinda stank but she paid, so whatever! I tried lobster hush puppies. I think they waved a lobster over them – no lobster taste at all! Bleh. Then a swamp bowl: fried gator, frog legs, steamed mudbugs, caperberry sabi, seasoned pork belly chips. Rock on!
Sounds and looks good. I can do without the pork bellie though. I’ve had pork cracklins’ and they are pretty rough.
