BEETS – chilled chioggia beets
with goat cheese, vincotto & olive oil croutons
GNOCCHI with braised beef short ribs,
red wine sauce and parmesan crema
SPAGHETTI CARBONARA
with black pepper, bacon, pancetta and farm fresh egg
– the sauce was spectacular!
APPLE RASPBERRY CROSTADA
with Almonds, Vanilla Gelato & Cinnamon Honey
