A little sad today. Finally realizing some things I have hung on to are over and will never come to be. Have to adjust my outlook. It will be ok but it’s sad

It is amazing how someone can have such a strong hold on your heart and you can’t shake it even when you know better.
Nice thing is we have an amazing capability for recovery and it will all be good in time
