First time at Bronwyn in Union Square Somerville for their Restaurant Week treats
Fresh lemonade
Urnebes -Serbian feta cheese spread, pepper, roasted garlic
with toast (pickled cauliflower and carrots)
Charcuterie platter – cotechino, candied bacon, smoked kielbasa,
rabbit liver mousse, bacon, smoked pork loin
and haus mustards with toast
Warm German potato salad with bacon
Knoblauch supper – Green garlic soup with sunflower seeds
Hubby’s pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes,
hungarian paprika and pepper sauce
Giant curry wurst with sauerkraut and fried potatoes
Wurst platter – currywurst, bratwurst, kielbasa, Blutwurst,
knackwurst with Sauerkraut and fried potatoes
Black forest cake with cherries and whipped cream
Šišky – fresh warm Slovakian doughnuts,
filled with bavarian cream, dark chocolate sauce drizzle
Apple strudel – pastry, apples, raisins and whipped cream
