Thank you for using your morning time to write to me! What a treat!
I decided to “spend my lunch hour with you!”
So glad my scribbling made you smile. I do a lot of writing.. started with a diary at age 12 and wrote daily drivel for 25 years, then branched out into more entertaining genres. I feel more like a reporter most of the time, but people like my perspective. I had mono during the grammar unit in middle school so I blame any strange improper sentence construction on that. I mostly write business emails or stuff on Facebook these days, except when a nice man writes to me from AM and I go off the deep end in salacious conversation!
Ah… PA. What is it I’m supposed to ask… which township? You don’t have to say. I think of it as the state I have to drive through to get to see friends or family further south! I was raised in a tiny town south of Albany.

I adore baseball too! I wanted to be an umpire when I was little. I was raised by a diehard Yankees fan but have matured into a Red Sox fan. My dad didn’t have a son, so he took me to the old Yankee stadium and taught me to score games and appreciate the history. I used to see the Red Sox a lot in the 80’s and 90’s but have only been once lately. I got to see Brock Holt hit for the cycle in June of 2015!
My big sports addiction used to figure skating. My sister and I traveled the world to see competitions from 1995 – 2007. But the rules changes and astronomical price increases turned us off, so we only go when it’s close to home now.
Do you have siblings? I have a older sister who wants to be my second mother and that makes her… a challenge to interact with. My younger sister is my best friend. We do stuff together. They are both close by. When I say “Sis” I am talking about the younger one.
