Happy Monday! How was the birthday party?
11:15AM SassyTook Hubby to follow-up with the surgeon – his shoulder is looking good!
We got breakfast from Au bon pain afterwards. I adore their ham & cheese croissants!

The party was a lot of fun. Great company and food. Left early this morning and got home before noon so was great! Finishing my workout and enjoying a beer at our local brewery

Glad to hear! Lunch looked awesome. I am watching what I eat and amping up my PT. Gotta get ready for shorts season

That special meats platter was the most special thing I’ve had in a long time.
I’ll look forward to sexy legs photos.
8:17PM Phil
Looked very good!
I’m sticking to fish and chicken.
Looking forward to longer days, I’m much more active.
