I heard from a NEW MAN on Ashley Madison!!!
He started with a long message… that hasn’t happened in a long while. Maybe my drought could be over?!
Ashley Madison got hacked this week, so I had a lot of emails from concerned men, wondering if they were about to be outed. Other bloggers told me to tell them not to worry… it wouldn’t amount to much if they weren’t famous already. I wondered if my main source of men was going to go belly up? Argh.
When I woke up Sunday morning, here’s what I found on Ashley Madison:

Wow… that’s quite a good opening salvo! A British accent sounds fun. He’s taller than I am. Seems down-to-earth. His photo is tough to make out, but looks like a great smile. He has an all-numerical profile id… never seen that. 7 digits… I wonder if it’s his phone number? I plugged it into google – no luck. He has a hat on in the photo .. usually means no hair. And his limits are “Undecided.” That rarely bodes well. And he’s not close by at all. Hmm… a mixed bag of a man.
Do I really want to jump back in the water after all this time? *sigh I certainly need something to make me stop thinking about Kris. I know… it’s been eight months… but with no one else popping up, it’s tough not to pine for him. What’s the old saying? “To get over one, get under another?” Ha ha… but so true!
I thought about it for the better part of day and then decided to take a chance!

I was raised in upstate NY, came to MA for college and stayed.
2) When did you first have sex?
I was 17, with a guy I’d been dating for 4 months. We just… kept going. It was dull. How could that be the big secret grown-ups whispered about? Luckily I have learned differently!
3) If I took you out for a special meal what would you like to eat?

Hi there. Greetings from NH – here for a few days to take care of some things then back to sunny CT… I should be up in Boston in a week or so… Jealous you live in Boston. I miss it but hope to live back there again at some point..
mmmmm hacking is not good is it … I guess if they don’t pay up and the sensitive data goes online that will be the end of their business .. not to mention much collateral damage … not good at all … of course if they do release the data I hope they realize that of the 40 million enemies they create perhaps one or two might be very angry and able to track these guys down … very worrying though
