·       May 07 11:49 PM Kris: I had an intern I’m working with venting to me at work today…about how negative her experience had become. guy supervising her at my office back bit her to her professor…and a couple other co-workers kind of “ganged up” on her….

·       May 07 11:52 PM Kris: yeah…she’s a great person…struggling with paperwork because English is her second language….she’s bright, experienced in life, very intuitive, does a good job interpreting for me with Hispanic family. I told her she could “shadow” me on more cases and that I’d advocate for her with people at the office.  Her supervisor asked me what I thought. I didn’t tell him yet. I’m going to defend her….but discreetly.
