Bayou tacos with gater tail, smoked tomato vinaigrette, 
black bean and corn salsa, pickled fresno chili peppers 
in a flour tortilla
Devish eggs with Creole mustard, cayenne and truffle eggs, 
with trout pearls, pickled shallot and Benton’s country ham
Herbed butter basted sirloin with stewed okra, 
tomatoes, hominy and smoked ham hocks, 
and a side of parmesan smokey potato wedges
Fried chicken with fresno pepper maple syrup 
and Louisiana honey hot pepper sauce 
and a side of chipotle creamed corn with famers cheese

    so looks like some good southern cooking in Boston. Next time Im up there Ill head over. I tend to hit the North end and have a favorite on Hanover Street.
